Our services

We provide U.S. notarization and coordinate certified translation and apostille. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Requirements abroad can change, and final acceptance rests with the receiving authority.

Fees, refunds, and chargebacks

费用、退款与拒付

Fees are quoted before work begins and depend on the document, destination, and turnaround. Third-party costs such as state apostille fees and shipping may apply. Fees for services that have been requested, performed, and completed are final and non-refundable, and no chargeback or reversal will be sought.

费用在开始办理前报价，取决于文件、目的地和加急程度。可能产生第三方费用，如州级认证费和邮寄费。对于已申请、已执行并已完成的服务，费用为最终费用，不予退款，且不会要求拒付或撤销。

What notarization and translation certify

公证与翻译所证明的内容

Notarial acts certify the identity and signature of the signer only, not the legality, validity, or truth of the underlying document. Certified translations attest to the accuracy of the content. Final acceptance of any document rests with the receiving authority abroad.

公证行为仅证明签署人的身份和签名，不证明相关文件的合法性、有效性或真实性。专业翻译仅证明内容的准确性。任何文件是否最终被接受，取决于境外的接收机关。
